Fidelity Guarantee

This is a general notice regarding the purpose of our FIDELITY GUARANTEE POLICY.

This type of insurance policy reimburses the insured in respect of direct loss sustained by reason of fraud or dishonesty proved to have been committed by an employee of the insured.  The beneficiary of this policy is the insured and not a third party.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT COVER ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Loss of money or property not belonging to the insured
• Funds deposited with the insured by the general public for investment purposes.
• Any party that is not specifically named on the policy.

Fidelity Guarantee insurance indemnifies a business against the dishonesty of an employee which leads to financial loss.
